Attending a foreign university, I completed my Masters in International Relations going on to have a 35 year career in the airline industry, working in the customer services department.
I became a licensed real estate salesperson in late 2010, joining Laffey Fine Homes in mid 2011. In August 2015 I completed my Associate Broker's License.
I specialize in residential, coops, condos, rentals and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, owners and tenants. I am proud to say, in my real estate career I have closed more than 4 million dollars of transactions in 2014 and 2015, and received a top producer award in the 2nd Quarter of 2014. My closed transactions in 2018 were more than 3.4 million dollars.
Currently I reside in New Hyde Park, living previously in Bellerose where I served as Vice President of the Bellerose Commonwealth Civic Association in 2013.
I am also grateful recipient of six back to back NYSREEF (New York State Real Estate Education Foundation) scholarships from 2012 to 2016. These helped me to achieve four real estate designation and certificates, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), SRES( Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Sellers Representation Specialist), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), ePRO (a social media and technology certification), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative).
I have been an active member on LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors) committees concerning By Laws, Education, Fair Housing & Diversity, Legislative, Member Services and Public Relations from 2013 through 2016 and a member of Grievance Committee since 2016 till date. In addition I was elected Director of the Central Nassau Chapter for the years 2015 and 2016. As well as being elected Director for NYSAR (New York State Association of Realtors) for six years from 2016 to 2021.
Being an active member of the Legislative Committee of LIBOR, I have participated in the Lobby Day event at Albany in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. This event entails in meeting with lawmakers at the State Capital to discuss and lobby for or against some of the bills which affect the real estate industry. I have been nominated for appointment as State Political Coordinator to Assemblyman Michael Montessano of Assembly District # 15 of Long Island for the year 2020.
